Tell me about a model you shipped. What problem did it solve?
請說說你上線過的一個模型。它解決了什麼問題？
為什麼這樣問她想聽一個真實的例子。這能看出你在實際工作中的能力，而不只是理論。
選一個模型就好。先說問題，再說你做了什麼，最後說後來有什麼改變。小小的改變也可以。例如：「I built a model to predict late deliveries. After that, the team planned routes better.」

為什麼這樣問很多專案是團隊合作。她想清楚知道你自己負責的部分。
自己做的用「I」，團隊做的用「we」。說出兩、三件你親手做的事，例如清理資料、選特徵或測試模型。別人做的部分，也要誠實說明。
What changed after the model was in use?
模型開始使用後，有什麼改變？
為什麼這樣問她想確認你的工作真的幫助大家做出更好的決定。
給一個結果就好。可以是數字，也可以不是。「The support team answered urgent tickets first」就是很好的回答。如果不確定確切數字，就誠實說不確定。
Why did you choose that method?
你為什麼選這個方法？
為什麼這樣問她想了解你怎麼思考，而不只是你會用哪些工具。
說出一個清楚的理由，例如準確度、速度，或是否容易解釋。不要只列工具或流行詞。說說問題需要什麼，你的方法又怎麼符合。
What else did you try, and why did you not pick it?
你還試過什麼其他方法？為什麼沒有選它？
為什麼這樣問提到另一個選項，表示你有仔細比較過。
說一個其他方法和一個取捨。例如：「A more complex model was a little more accurate, but it was harder to explain. The simple model was nearly as good and the team trusted it.」
How did you weigh accuracy against speed or simplicity?

我應該用很多專業術語嗎？
只用你需要的詞就好。比起漂亮的字眼，Dana 更在意你想得清不清楚。提到一個方法時，記得附上理由。你可以練習用對產品經理說話的方式，來解釋你的工作。
如果我聽不懂問題，怎麼辦？
請對方再說明是很正常的。你可以說「Could you say that again, please?」或「Do you mean the model or the project?」。花一點時間想一想，表示你很用心，不是能力不足。
