What AuDHD Loop is

AuDHD Loop is a private, shame-free self-regulation journal for adults. It helps you check capacity, capture stims and sensory load, choose an editable first action, run a supported 10-, 25-, or 50-minute session, and review transparent observations from the week.

It is a personal wellness and journaling tool—not a diagnostic device, treatment plan, crisis service, or medical record.

Subscriptions

The free loop keeps core logging, task batching, seeded strategies, three supported sessions each week, and one personal observation. Pro adds all observations, unlimited supported sessions, custom strategies, and the weekly CSV export. The app displays Apple’s current local price and any eligible trial before purchase.

Open iPhone or iPad Settings.
Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Choose AuDHD Loop to manage or cancel.

To restore an active purchase, open AuDHD Loop Settings and choose Restore purchase, or use Restore purchases on the Pro screen. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your journal and exports

All journal content stays on the device. A weekly CSV is created only when you request it; iOS then lets you choose where it goes. Read the Privacy Policy for the exact boundary.

Delete local data

Open Settings → Your data → Delete local data. The app names exactly what will be removed and asks for confirmation. This does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Urgent support

AuDHD Loop does not monitor for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number—000 in Australia or 911 in the United States. In Australia, Lifeline is available on 13 11 14; in the US and Canada, call or text 988.
