Terms of Use

The plain-language terms for using AuDHD Loop and its optional Apple-managed Pro subscription.

1. About these terms

AuDHD Loop (the “App”) is provided by KindAbilities and KeenShift (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and our Privacy Policy govern your use. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

2. Personal journal, not medical care

AuDHD Loop is a personal wellness and journaling tool. It does not diagnose, screen for, monitor, or treat ADHD, autism, or any health condition, and it does not replace professional care.

3. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control. Do not unlawfully copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, interfere with, or misuse the App.

4. Pro subscriptions

AuDHD Loop is free to download and use. Optional monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions unlock the paid features described in the App. Apple shows the current local price and any eligible introductory offer before confirmation.

Billing. Apple charges the Apple Account at confirmation.
Auto-renewal. A subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Eligible trials. If Apple shows a trial, it converts to the displayed paid plan unless cancelled before it ends.
Manage or cancel. Use device Settings or Apple’s subscription page.
Refunds. Apple handles requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore. Restore an active entitlement from the App’s Settings or Pro screen.

5. Your data

Your journal is stored on your device, not our servers. You are responsible for device access, backups, and any CSV you choose to export or share. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Observations reflect user-entered records and may be incomplete; they are not causal, diagnostic, or professional conclusions.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or data-loss damages arising from use of the App. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce these terms as applicable.

9. Changes and termination

You may stop using and delete the App at any time. We may update these terms or end a licence for material breach; the updated date will appear here.
